Thigh Abductor

This exercise targets and works the muscles of the outer thigh.

Steps

  1. Sit on the machine and place your knees against the pads.
  2. Draw your abs in and “abduct” or move your thighs apart against the pads.
  3. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.

Note: Maintain the same level of resistance throughout this exercise for best results.
